Weekly Meal Planning
Make Hopewell & Grace a part of your family's dinner plans.
It’s not a typical restaurant, it’s the
Here, our prepared meals are a little more hand-crafted, a little closer to home, and always full of heart. And it means that our weekly and daily specials—with both meat and plant-based main dishes on every menu that pack plenty of flavor—are always changing.
Once we’ve served them all, they’re gone.
Winter 2023
As temperatures drop and gray skies hang low, we look to recipes that warm our souls and heat up our nights. It makes us all want to slow down, get back to basics and opt for foods that make us whole. Grace used these winter evenings to pull out her recipe box of old classics–meticulously hand-written on index cards–and give them a fresh update with new additions tossed in and new flavors throughout.
At Hopewell & Grace, we’ve got hardy winter produce like root vegetables and bright citrus arriving daily from our farmer partners, so we’re getting creative with menus for every night of the week. Savory stews, hearty casseroles, and slow-cooked classics, as comfortable as a much-loved woolen blanket, plus tasty new inventions that showcase the season’s best with international inspiration, modern flair, and a healthy helping of winter warmth.
It’s love at frost sight, all winter long.

Heating Instructions
Things Are Heating Up.
Your family’s dinner: you picked it up, brought it home, and placed it on the counter. The easy part is done. Now it’s time for the even easier part: heating it up and serving it.
Here’s all you’ve got to do:
Preheat the oven to 425° on bake.
Leave the lids on and slide the trays onto a baking sheet, then right into the oven.
Heat entrees and starchy sides (pasta/grains/potatoes) for 25-35 minutes. Heat vegetable sides for 12-15 minutes.
Once everything’s hot and ready, oven mitt those trays out of the oven and place them right on the table. Dinner is served.

A couple of food safety notes:
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illness.
We take food allergies and sensitivities seriously, so it’s important to note that all items prepared in our kitchen may contain traces of nut oils. Plus, we always place our signature rolls in each box and occasionally include dishes (e.g. pasta) that contain gluten, so keep this in mind if you’ve got a sensitivity.
We are committed to preparing safe, healthy, delicious meals for you and your family. We’ve listed ingredients for all our meals on the menu page of our website, and done our best to note common allergens, so check it carefully for any food items that might cause issues.
